GHV MEDICAL ANCHOR PRIVATE LIMITED (“us”, “we”, or “beatXP”, which also includes its affiliates) is the author and publisher of the internet resource www.beatxp.com  (“Website”) on the world wide web as well as the software and applications provided by beatXP, including but not limited to the mobile applications, the software and applications (together with the Website, referred to as the “Services”).

This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, share, disclose and protect Personal Information about the Users of the Services, (as defined in the Terms of Use), which may be accessed via the following weblink www.beatxp.com .

This Privacy Policy has been created to demonstrate our commitment to the protection of your privacy and your personal information. Your use of and access to the Services is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

By accessing and/or using the services or by otherwise giving us their information, the Users will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by the Privacy Policy. Personal information we collect

To our third-party service providers who provide services such as website hosting and webinars.  The information we provide to third party service providers is subject to confidentiality obligations and is intended to be solely for the purpose(s) permitted thereby.

We may employ third party entities, business partners and individuals to facilitate our Services. These third parties have limited access to your information only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated to us, not to disclose or use it for other purposes. 

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights. 

Behavioural Advertising

Data retention 

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records as per beatXP record retention policy or any retention periods prescribed by law or recommended by regulators, industry bodies or associations. However, there may be circumstances that mean we must retain your personal information for longer.

General Terms

The User acknowledges that this Policy is to be read in conjunction with and shall be deemed to be part of beatXP’s Terms of Use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • We do not guarantee an error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. We may not always anticipate, catch, avoid or mitigate an unintended privacy issue, despite our reasonable efforts to do so.
  • Accordingly, we welcome your feedback regarding any privacy concerns that you may have, including how we can improve this Privacy Policy.
  • We will use reasonable efforts to comply with this Privacy Policy and will take prompt corrective action when we learn of any failure to comply with it.
  • We do not warrant that this Website and Services, it’s servers, or email sent by us or on our behalf are virus free. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Website and Services, including, but not limited to compensatory, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special and consequential damages, loss of data, goodwill, business opportunity, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
  • In no event will we be liable for any damages whatsoever in an amount in excess of INR 100/-.
  • No warranty of any kind, implied, expressed or statutory, including but not limited to the warranties of non-infringement of third-party rights, title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and freedom from computer virus, is given with respect to the contents available through the Website or its links to other internet resources as may be available to you through the Website
